Foley Hoag will be present at the upcoming ASIL Abroad Meeting, hosted in Singapore by the American Society of International Law under the theme “Traditions and Transitions in International Law”. Partner Tafadzwa Pasipanodya will be speaking on a panel titled “International Adjudication in Ascendance?”, which will convene leading experts and judges to critically examine the evolving landscape of international dispute resolution as it pertains to states, corporations, and individuals, happening on September 3rd at 3:00 PM.
Additionally, Partner Peter Tzeng will be speaking in a pre-conference session hosted by the ASIL Interest Groups on Asia-Pacific, Law and Technology, and/or Law of the Sea at Singapore Management University. The session, happening on September 2nd at 4:30 PM, will cover the topic of “International Law in the New Era: Bridging Practice and Research”.
