Barbara Fiacco was quoted in Law360's "Fed. Circ. Warned USPTO Ruling Threatens Antibody Patents" article. In the article, Barbara mentions that "it's very important that the patent system be open to new forms of technology, and a blanket rule that is foreclosing the ability of a patent applicant to use a certain claim format with a particular kind of technology would be really bad policy."
