Each year, the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association recognizes the leading legal professionals under 40 years old who have distinguished themselves in their field and who have demonstrated a profound commitment to LGBTQ+ equality. Ben is a member of Foley Hoag’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, a former co-chair of the Foley Hoag PRISM (LGBTQ+) Affinity Group, Chair of the Legal Advisory Council for LGBT+VC, and is an active member of OUTbio, OUT In Climate, and the Massachusetts and New York LGBTQ Bar Associations.
