Some employers are growing impatient waiting for President Trump to nominate a Republican to the National Labor Relations Board. Foley Hoag Partner Patrick Scully says, "It just doesn't seem like it's very high on [the administration's] priority list,” Scully said. "And it's of course a stark contrast to Joe Biden's administration, where it was among their top priorities to affect labor policy right away."
