Law360 Pulse article which highlighted strategies that law firm leaders use to stay connected with their expanding firms.
In the article, “How Law Firm Leaders Are Keeping Teams Connected,” Bucking highlighted making regular trips to the firm’s offices as a way to stay up-to-date: “I try to keep my schedule as clear as possible so I can walk the halls and keep my door open, so people can stop by to see me. My goal is that everyone sees me as being a regular part of their workplace."
