January 23, 2026

Law360 examined the lawsuits filed against the second Trump Administration, highlighting the organizations and law firms that have been the most active. Foley Hoag was featured for being among the top 10 law firms in number of cases against the administration, which include blocking the administration's effort to sanction law professors for supporting the International Criminal Court, fighting the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's cutting off of funding for climate change-related projects, and representing the National Trust for Historic Preservation in its challenge to immediately stop the ballroom construction at the White House.
