Alain Mathieu, partner and chair of the firm’s Sports & Entertainment Group, recently spoke with Law.com on the rise of standalone sports and entertainment practices, coinciding with the growth in the sports industry.
“It's only relatively recently that firms have been moving towards creating standalone practice groups that really focus on sports and entertainment, which in my view is a response to the way that the industry has been evolving and growing,” Mathieu said.
