A panel of four healthcare law and policy experts will examine the effects of evolving technology and reimbursement regulations to kick off a new webinar series on healthcare issues co-sponsored by Foley Hoag LLP and EHRIntelligence.com.
The first 60-minute “Healthcare Leadership Series” will be webcast on Jan. 30, 1 p.m. Eastern Time. It will combine presentations from the four-member panel and a question-and-answer session from the audience.

Among the issues the panel will discuss are the recommendations of the FDASIA Health IT Workgroup, legislative proposals, such as the SOFTWARE Act; FDA guidance on mobile applications; and the certification process for EHR under Medicare.
