Foley Hoag Receives Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation Award

June 23, 2015

Foley Hoag LLP was recently honored for its pro bono contributions at the Sixth Annual Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation Awards ceremony. These awards recognize firms within the Lex Mundi network that have provided critical pro bono legal services - helping to strengthen the global rule of law, support the global social entrepreneurship movement and improve the lives of the world's poor and disenfranchised.

Foley Hoag was one of only four firms receiving this award, and the only firm from the United States. Awards were presented during the 2015 Lex Mundi Leadership Summit and Annual Conference in New Orleans.

"Firms in the Lex Mundi Network donate more than $200 million in pro bono services each year. Collectively, they are making a dramatic social impact," said the Foundation's Managing Director, Chloe Holderness. "The 2015 honorees are a sampling of the great work being done by Lex Mundi firms to strengthen the global pro bono culture and support the innovative work of social entrepreneurs on every continent.”
