Foley Hoag attorney Adam Wade will serve as a moderator at the 12th Annual Northeast Energy and Commerce Association (NECA) Conference on Renewable Energy
, to be held on March 12, 2015 in Westborough, Mass. The conference will examine new directions in renewable energy, review the main legislative, policy and technology changes that are expected in 2015, and discuss how key decisions on these topics will impact infrastructure, incentives and ratepayers.
New Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey will deliver the keynote address, during which she is expected to outline her energy and environmental priorities for the state. According to information released from her office, Healey will also discuss her “vision for a 21st Century Ratepayer Advocate.”
Wade will moderate a panel discussion among renewable energy finance practitioners and yieldcos, covering investment banking, project acquisition structures, and debt and equity financings. Panelists will include Gary Greenblatt, Managing Director of Marathon Capital; Jack Burkom, Sr. VP - Commercial Development of Brookfield Energy Marketing Inc.; Mark Williams, Managing Director at PNC Equipment Finance; and Gary Goldman, Managing Director of TerraForm Power.
