Wage and hour laws, benefits issues, and discrimination will be among the topics discussed on Foley Hoag LLP’s recently launched Massachusetts Labor & Employment Law blog.

Authored by lawyers in the firm’s Labor & Employment Law Practice, the blog will examine points of employment law and how they apply to operating a business in Massachusetts. The blog’s authors will also tackle perennial issues such as the legality of unpaid internships and historic events in labor and employment law like the implementation of Massachusetts’ new earned sick time law.

The blog’s primary authors are:
  • Robert A. Fisher, partner and deputy chair of the firm's Labor and Employment Law Department. Rob represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including union disputes, discrimination/harassment claims, wage and hour disputes, benefits issues and contractual claims.
