Foley Hoag Attorney Sudhanshu Roy to Speak on International Arbitration in Young ICCA Workshop Series

Foley Hoag LLP international attorney Sudhanshu Roy will speak on international arbitration in a webinar series hosted by Young ICCA. The webinar will take place digitally on March 2, 2022.
Roy will speak in a workshop on “Commencing an Arbitration: Practical Insight into the Kick-off of an International Arbitration Proceeding.” His topic of focus will be is “How to draft a Request for Arbitration.” He will also moderate a practical exercise to discuss issues presented in commencing arbitral proceedings.
At Foley Hoag, Roy is a member of the International Litigation and Arbitration practice in Washington, D.C. He focuses on investor-state and international commercial arbitrations, especially in cases involving the representation of sovereign clients before arbitration panels administered under ICC, SIAC, AAA, ICSID and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
