Accolade marks ninth consecutive year of inclusion
Foley Hoag LLP has once again achieved a perfect score ranking on the Human Rights Campaign's 2022 Corporate Equality Index. Businesses receiving a rating of 100 percent in the report are recognized by the Human Rights Campaign as a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality.”
This is the ninth consecutive year that Foley Hoag has received a top score. The firm earned the 100 percent rating as a result of its commitment to four main criteria as described by the Human Rights Campaign: non-discrimination policies across business entities; equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families; supporting an inclusive culture; and corporate social responsibility.
Foley Hoag is committed to fostering a welcoming environment centered around inclusion and belonging for all lawyers and business professionals, including for individuals of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
"We’re truly honored to continue receiving recognition by the Human Rights Campaign for our ongoing LGBTQ+ initiatives and practices," said Foley Hoag Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Rosa Nuñez. "Hiring and retaining a diverse workforce is a core component of Foley Hoag's values; it is instrumental to providing our clients with the best legal service."
