Ali-Khan provides counsel to clients navigating the complexities of equity and debt transactions in the capital markets, on compliance and reporting, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and other finance transactions, both domestically and internationally. She also counsels public companies in connection with the evolving worlds of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion legal consulting.
