Joseph Klingler, a partner in the firm’s International Litigation and Arbitration Department, has co-authored the third edition of Treaty Interpretation, published by Oxford University Press, with Richard Gardiner, Honorary Professor in the Faculty of Laws, University College London.
The third edition offers updated guidance and case law for the modern rules of treaty interpretation and their practical application across jurisdictions. It draws on over four decades of jurisprudence to provide practitioners with both theoretical and practical insights.
