Jonathan Book helps financial, corporate, non-profit and public entity clients achieve their objectives in commercial real estate transactions. He advises them on the leasing, acquisition, sale and financing of properties, and advises on related construction, title and zoning matters. In these transactions Jonathan drafts and negotiates the leases, financing documents, purchase agreements and design and construction contracts. On the financing side he has represented major banks and other institutional lenders, as well as private borrowers, in real estate and asset-based financing and loan restructuring transactions. Jonathan advises clients on the real estate aspects of developing and financing energy and renewable energy projects including solar and wind projects. He also helps state government agencies and municipalities with property acquisition, disposition and economic development.
