Dongye Lu is a patent agent (limited recognition) in the Intellectual Property practice group. He assists in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications in the areas of biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.
Dongye obtained his Ph.D. in Neurobiology from Duke University under Dr. Fan Wang. His Ph.D. focused on neuronal circuitry and functions in anesthesia and stress.
While attending graduate school, Dongye assisted the Duke Office of Translation and Commercialization in performing market research and patentability analysis of university technologies.
