As Chief Operating Officer, Chris Ende oversees Foley Hoag’s business operations and works with firm leadership to design and execute the firm’s business and growth strategies.
Chris manages teams responsible for business development and marketing, finance, human resources, information technology, operations, professional development, recruiting, and risk management. He serves on Foley Hoag’s Executive Committee and collaborates with firm leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives, drive innovation, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Chris has deep experience in the business of law having worked at law firms, a corporate legal department, and a leading alternative legal services provider. He has built and led revenue management teams at two AmLaw 200 law firms and has broad experience executing business strategies that produce sustained growth, financial results, and client satisfaction.
Chris is a co-founder and officer of Legal Value Network and regularly speaks at industry events on the business of law, legal operations, revenue management, and the evolving legal services ecosystem.
