For over 20 years, Jeff's primary area of practice has been commercial real estate transactions and development. He represents developers, property owners, emerging and established businesses in the acquisition, permitting, financing, construction, leasing, management and disposition of mixed use, office, retail, industrial, multi-family and laboratory and life science properties. He has also represented lenders and investors in debt and mezzanine financings and equity investments in commercial real estate projects. Jeff advises clients throughout the United States as well as regionally, including downtown Boston, Kendall Square, Watertown, the South Boston Seaport, and the 128 and 495 corridors. His specialties include all asset classes of leasing, including laboratory and life science facilities, office, warehouse and industrial, retail, as well as ground leases in connection with development; acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties including, mixed use, office, retail, warehouse and industrial, multi-family housing and hotels; development projects including site control, permitting and all aspects of due diligence; and financing, including construction, permanent, and mezzanine loans, as well as equity investments and joint ventures.
