Tatiana Headrick is a technology specialist in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Boston office of Foley Hoag. Tatiana assists with preparation, prosecution and litigation of U.S. and foreign patent applications. She has considerable experience with small molecule drug discovery, polymer chemistry, materials science and clean energy technology.

Tatiana brings more than 15 years of academic and industrial research experience to her intellectual property practice. During her Ph.D. research in Professor Richard R. Schrock’s group at MIT, she designed Mo-based catalysts for asymmetric olefin metathesis and established novel synthetic routes towards several classes of Mo organometallic compounds. Tatiana’s postdoctoral research at Boston College under the guidance of Professor Amir H. Hoveyda focused on the discovery of metal-free catalytic allylation of imines.
