I lead inclusion efforts that foster belonging, enhance culture, and help the firm attract and retain top talent.
Jessica Maroney Shillito is responsible for developing, implementing, and championing impactful diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and programs, in alignment with Foley Hoag's overall strategic plans.
Jessica has been a member of the Association of Law Firm Diversity Professionals (ALFDP) since 2015 and served as a 2019-2020 ALFDP Board Member-at-Large. She has been an active member of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) and has served as a mentor to law students and legal professionals in various capacities since 2004.
Jessica is a frequent speaker on topics including diversity and inclusion, interview and resume preparation and navigating law firm environments.
