For over 20 years, Kristine’s practice has focused on commercial real estate transactions and development, including drafting and negotiating leases, financing documents, purchase agreements, development-related documents and condominium documents. Her specialties include commercial leasing, including, office, warehouse, industrial and retail; acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, including office, industrial, and multi-family housing; and all aspects of due diligence.
