The start of paid family and medical leave (PFML) benefits in Massachusetts is just around the corner. As of January 1, 2021, Massachusetts employees will be able to take partially paid PFML leave for their own or a family member’s health condition, in relation to a family member’s service in the armed forces, and to bond with a new child.
