Jonathan notes that in some sectors, employers may choose neutrality in unionization efforts, especially in regulated industries where union support might be necessary for licensing. However, many companies still prefer to avoid unionization, and he underscores the importance of training managers on what they can and cannot lawfully communicate regarding unions.
