  • On behalf of a prominent healthcare company, we negotiated collective bargaining agreements with a variety of unions at seven different hospitals. We also litigated numerous disputes before the National Labor Relations Board arising out of these negotiations. All contracts were settled on favorable terms and all litigation against client was dismissed.
  • Represented developer during negotiation for first project labor agreement (PLA) for the first commercial-scale offshore wind project in the United States.
  • Served as lead New England labor and employment counsel for a major nursing home company, handling “R” petitions and unfair labor practice charges, and in addition, a successful litigation brought against a union for conduct arising out of a corporate campaign against employer.
  • Defeated NLRB-supervised elections on behalf of recycling and energy company.
  • Representing a well-known brand/national retail chain in union negotiations, organizing campaigns and related litigation with unions in multi-state locations across the United States.  
  • Represented a national power generator in its acquisition and its subsequent disposition of several unionized power plants in the Northeast. 
  • Won settlement from hotel workers union on employer’s grievance challenging illegal job actions during term of collective bargaining agreement.
