On Thursday, June 19, Foley Hoag will host the inaugural New England M&A Forum, a quarterly event focused on bringing the latest market trends and legal developments to New England’s M&A professionals.
New England's M&A Forum will debut with a presentation on current M&A market trends by Christopher O’Connor, Partner at Perella Weinberg Partners. The forum will also highlight recent Delaware and SEC developments and their practical implications for doing deals in "Sotheby’s to Loeb: 'Take Two and Call Me in the Morning': The Latest from Delaware on Poison Pills," led by Foley Hoag Partner Joseph Basile, and "The Rural Metro Case: Liability of Investment Bankers for Aiding and Abetting a Breach of Fiduciary Duty," presented by Foley Hoag Partner Peter Rosenblum. Basile and Rosenblum serve as Co-Chairs of the firm’s M&A Practice.
