Foley Hoag Partners Daniel Clevenger and John Hancock Named 2016 BTI Client Service All-Stars
March 07, 2016
Foley Hoag LLP corporate partners Daniel Clevenger and John Hancock have been named to the 2016 BTI Client Service All-Stars list. They are among a select group of attorneys recognized by in-house corporate counsel as client service leaders.
Results for the All-Stars list, produced by BTI Consulting Group, are obtained from candid feedback from in-depth, one-on-one interviews conducted by BTI with in-house counsel from Fortune 1000 companies and other large organizations. The only way to become a BTI Client Service All-Star is for corporate counsel to nominate an attorney based on his or her exceptional client service.
Clevenger counsels clients on a wide variety of transactional matters, including public offerings of debt and equity securities, venture capital investments, and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises public companies on compliance with U.S. federal securities laws, including periodic reporting, proxy solicitations and shareholder communications.
Hancock's main area of concentration is on the securities matters involved in corporate financing transactions (both public offerings and private placements) and mergers and acquisitions. He represents clients in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on high technology, software and medical device companies.
Now in its 15th year of publication, the BTI Client Service All-Stars is the gold standard used by law firms and corporate counsel to identify the attorneys best at serving clients. Founded in 1989, BTI Consulting Group is a leading provider of strategic research to the legal community.
