Foley Hoag LLP partner Jennifer Audeh has been named a 2020 “Go To Lawyer” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
For this inaugural list, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly is focusing on business lawyers. The publication identifies a “Go To Lawyer” as “an expert in his or her field; a senior attorney well-versed in case law, statutes and regulations.” Additionally, a “Go To Lawyer” must be experienced, with a record of success in cases and/or transactions, someone to whom other lawyers make referrals because of his or her expertise and accomplishments, and someone who thinks creatively and identifies all options for a client.
This program recognizes the top business lawyers across Massachusetts. Individuals recognized as "Go To Lawyers" were nominated by their peers and ultimately chosen by a Lawyers Weekly panel.
Audeh is a partner in and Deputy Chair of Foley Hoag's Business Department. She focuses her practice on corporate finance and regularly advises clients on corporate and transactional matters including representing borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured debt financings and representing small business investment companies in connection with fund formation and licensing by the U.S. Small Business Administration, portfolio transactions and regulatory compliance matters.
