Foley Hoag Represents Icelandic Provisions in $29.2 Million Series C Financing
May 04, 2023
Foley Hoag represented Icelandic Provisions in its $29.2 million Series C financing. The financing was led by Vex, a venture capital company based in Reykjavík, Iceland and a new investor in Icelandic Provisions, and was supported by additional new and existing investors through new investments of capital plus the conversion of outstanding convertible notes.
Icelandic Provisions produces and sells Skyr, an Icelandic yogurt made using an original Iceland recipe and heirloom Icelandic Skyr cultures. Icelandic Provisions will leverage this investment to expand its current line of Skyr products and to support an ambitious innovation program into new categories.
The Foley Hoag team representing Icelandic Provisions in the funding round included attorneys Dave Renauld, Jason Roche, and Anna Cardoso.
