Foley Hoag has grown its International Trade & National Security practice in the EU with the addition of a four-person team led by partner Olivier Dorgans to its Paris office.
The group, which comes to Foley Hoag from Ashurst LLP, also includes counsel Paul Charlot, senior associate Camille Mayet, and associate Pauline Montaldier. Olivier Dorgans and his team have a diverse client base including financial institutions, industrial corporations, insurers, and service groups. Their work covers a range of industries, notably in the defense, aeronautics, pharmaceutical, luxury, telecommunication, crypto, and retail sectors.

Olivier Dorgans is a leading EU practitioner with expertise in anti-corruption, economic sanctions, export controls, anti-money laundering and counter terrorism financing (AML-CFT), ESG, and environmental crime regulations. His practice covers transactional assistance, internal investigations, and preventive compliance mandates before a large number of French and European regulatory bodies and agencies.
Paul Charlot and Camille Mayet likewise have experience assisting financial institutions in Europe and Africa, insurers and industrial stakeholders with compliance issues relating to anticorruption, economic sanctions, export controls, and AML-CTF.
