Foley Hoag has been recognized in the Dispute Resolution: Commercial Litigation category in France in the 2026 edition of Legal 500 Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This is the second year in a row the firm has been recognized as one of the “Firms to Watch” in this category. Led by Partner Philippe Rousseau with key support from Counsel Anne-Fleur Dory, Foley Hoag’s Business Disputes practice in France assists clients with all aspects of commercial litigation, including contract negotiation; dispute resolution advice and solutions, which includes assisting companies in all matters including handling liability guarantees, shareholder disputes and pricing disputes; and cases involving directors' and officers' liability.
