Based in Foley Hoag's Paris office, Anne-Fleur Dory is a litigator whose practice is based on a solid experience in investment and commercial arbitration, as well as in litigation before French Courts. As such, she is a member of the firm's International Litigation and Arbitration practice. 

Anne-Fleur has extensive experience in the representation of sovereign States, not only before arbitral tribunals but also before French Courts, in setting-aside proceedings and disputes arising from the enforcement of arbitration awards or dealing with sovereign immunities.

Anne-Fleur also assists clients in commercial arbitration proceedings.

Furthermore, her practice is built on a strong foundation of expertise in French proceedings before domestic Courts, including emergency proceedings, in civil and commercial litigation matters. In particular, Anne-Fleur has a strong expertise in commercial, banking and corporate law.
