Ariana Harris, Shayonna Cato and Joshua Rosen Selected for LCLD Fellows and Pathfinders Programs
January 12, 2026
Three Foley Hoag attorneys have been selected to participate in the 2026 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows and Pathfinders programs. Partner Ariana Harris has been selected for the Fellows Program, and Associates Shayonna Cato and Joshua Rosen will participate in the Pathfinders Program. These highly selective programs are designed to strengthen leadership skills, expand professional networks, and support participants’ long-term career advancement.
The Fellows Program is a leadership development initiative designed for top-performing lawyers with a minimum of eight years of experience, while the Pathfinder Program is designed to help develop high-potential, early-career attorneys on foundational leadership and relationship-building.
LCLD is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners—the profession’s top leaders—who are committed to creating an environment where all talent can thrive.
