Tyler Anne draws on her training in industrial and systems engineering, including a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, to understand how an invention fits within a client's broader product roadmap, and she shapes filing strategy to match. She works directly with inventors and in-house teams to identify patentable innovations early, prepares and prosecutes applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and develops continuation strategies that extend the value of a client's core filings.
Her technical experience includes artificial intelligence and machine learning, automation, robotics, software, cloud computing, telecommunications, optics, computer systems, hardware and circuits. She also works with companies applying AI to life sciences problems, where machine learning meets biological and chemical processes.
Tyler Anne also advises clients on the intellectual property aspects of licensing and other strategic transactions.
