Achieved complete victory for Alexion Pharmaceuticals in a District of Massachusetts case arising from failed negotiations over a potential business relationship to develop C3 complement therapeutics. Won summary judgment on Amyndas Pharmaceuticals’ trade secrets, unfair competition and related claims after which Amyndas dismissed with prejudice its sole remaining claim for breach of contract.
Representing a gastrointestinal health company before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) over noninvasive methods of screening for colorectal cancer.
Co-authored an amicus brief on behalf of The American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) with the Supreme Court in USAA v. PNC Bank, N.A. in support of USAA's petition for certiorari.

Representing Massachusetts abortion clinic in federal court case against crisis pregnancy center involving false and deceptive business practices under state and federal law.
