Partner Julia Huston, chair of the firm’s Trademark, Copyright and Unfair Competition Practice, and Counsel Susan Barbieri Montgomery were ranked highly in specialized areas. The Review placed Huston in the gold category in enforcement and litigation and silver in prosecution and strategy. Montgomery was ranked bronze in prosecution and strategy.

“The team at Foley Hoag handles the full spectrum of matters, from multinational registration projects to complex enforcement assignments,” the Review reported. “Leading figure Julia Huston is renowned for her ‘encyclopedic knowledge, spot-on insights and dedication to the trademark field.’ Her busy practice encompasses high-profile litigation and large-scale transactions on behalf of a range of household names.
