Foley Hoag Represents Belmont Technology in $25M Financing
May 14, 2013
Foley Hoag LLP recently represented Belmont Technology Incorporated in its $25 million Series B financing. New Enterprise Associates lead the round and was joined by Commonwealth Capital Ventures and North Bridge Venture Partners.
Belmont Technology was founded by a team of former colleagues and co-founders from SolidWorks Corporation and is applying new generation computer platforms to new ideas in the CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM/PLM marketplace. The new financing will allow the company to continue its development efforts and further expand its team.
Foley Hoag Partner John Patterson led the team that advised Belmont Technology on the transaction, which also included attorneys Matthew Eckert, Patrick Connolly and Gabrielle Bernstein.
