Foley Hoag Represents CRV in 8M Series A Investment in Iterable
February 17, 2016
Foley Hoag LLP recently represented venture capital firm CRV (formerly Charles River Ventures) in its $8 million Series A investment in Iterable, a growth marketing and user engagement platform. CRV led the financing round with participation from prior investors.
Iterable plans to use the funds to accelerate growth, extend the functionality of its platform and grow its team in order to serve enterprise customers across major B2C verticals.
Founded in 2013 and headquartered in San Francisco, CA, Iterable empowers tech-savvy growth marketers with a platform to segment their users at scale, customize messages, build sophisticated workflows and do A/B testing - enabling them to execute campaigns seamlessly across email, mobile push notifications, SMS, web and social media.
Foley Hoag partner Mark Haddad and associate Lauren Tran represented CRV in the transaction.
