Foley Hoag LLP associate Tiana Walden has been selected for inclusion by the National Black Lawyers (NBL) into the organization’s Top 40 Under 40 Black Lawyers in New York. Membership in this exclusive organization is by invitation only and is limited to the top 40 attorneys under the age of 40 in each state who have demonstrated excellence and have achieved outstanding results in their careers.
Walden is an associate in Foley Hoag’s Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice group. Her practice focuses on working with emerging companies throughout the corporate life cycle, and also includes corporate governance, fintech, private equity, marketplace lending, and mergers and acquisitions. Walden also has broad experience in financial securities transactional matters.
The NBL is one of very few preeminent organizations in the United States established to promote the nation’s top Black attorneys and is designed to enhance the professional development of its members. The Top 40 Under 40 recognition was "created to celebrate legal excellence by promoting attorneys as subject-matter experts and to develop a strong national network of top African American attorneys."
