Nitzan Fisher Conforti focuses her practice on advising clients throughout their entire corporate lifecycle, from formation through acquisition. Nitzan advises emerging growth technology companies on a broad range of strategic matters including financing transactions, corporate governance and commercial transactions. Nitzan also represents buy-side and sell-side clients in domestic as well as cross-border M&A transactions.

Before joining Foley Hoag, Nitzan practiced for a number of years with one of the largest business and corporate law firms in Israel.

  • Root.io, the creator and developer of a platform that remediates open-source software vulnerabilities, in its sale to Aikido Security BV
  • Icetec Holding Company in the sale of 100% of its equity holdings in its two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Icetec Energy Services and Icetec.com, to Veolia, a leading global integrated provider of environmental services.
  • Standex International Corporation (NYSE: SXI) on acquiring US-based Amran Instrument Transformers and India-based Narayan Powertech Pvt. Ltd. for a combined enterprise value of approximately $462 million.
