Foley Hoag LLP has been recognized as a law firm “Recommended by Top Legal Decision Makers” in the BTI Most Recommended Law Firms 2021 report compiled by BTI Consulting Group, Inc. The report highlights the law firms legal decision makers recommend above all others.
According to the report, the firms on the 2021 list earned their "coveted unprompted client recommendation" through "superior customer service" which is the "leading driver of law firm recommendations by General Counsel."
BTI’s Most Recommended Law Firms 2021 report draws on data collected in BTI’s ongoing Annual Survey of general counsel. The report is based on more than 350 in-depth interviews conducted between April 2020 and June 2021 with leading legal decision-makers at organizations across a range of sectors, including technology, pharmaceutical, energy, healthcare, financial services, consumer goods, insurance and telecommunications. The study includes between 50% and 55% of companies participating in prior years. This approach provides for accurate analysis of longitudinal trends while simultaneously allowing for insights into new, changing and coming shifts in the legal market.
The BTI Consulting Group (BTI) is the leading provider of strategic market research to the legal community and professional services firms. BTI conducts the only continuous benchmarking market study in the legal services industry based on more than 1,600 independent interviews with General Counsel and key decision makers that hire law firms.
